Did anybody see Deadliest Warrior last night?

The one with an Apache vs a Gladiator? The Apache guy killed the Gladiator. I think in real life the Gladiator would have won. Who do you think would have won?Did anybody see Deadliest Warrior last night?
First off I would like to say you people are greatly underestimating the Apache. I myself am an Iroquois Indian and have used most of the apache weapons on that show. The bone tips I have touched are sharper than most metal. But what you seem to forget is that the ran the test 1000 times. The video we saw was only 1 of the 1000. I was very surprised though the Apache had won.

I laugh at Spike tv's "tests". In real life it depends on the age and physical ability of an opponent and where this battle would have happened. If they were to fight inside a gladiator's stadium, gladiator would have easily won. Apache would be in a disadvantage in a face-to face battle with a gladiator. Gladiator has armor.



It really depends on an age and physical ability of Apache warrior and a gladiator, but I think gladiator would have an advantage. Spike tv's "tests" are laughable. Another reason it's entertainment and not historically accurate.Did anybody see Deadliest Warrior last night?
I thought it was ridiculous! Do you think a gladiator would move like a slow robot? Don't you think that he would move just as fast and use his shield just to shove that Apache down and up against the wall and stick him? Why would he not have used his spiked glove to punch him the first time when he had him down but instead used his un-spiked hand?



I think that they chose the Apache because they are still around to protest. There are no gladiators left to be offended. I found it offensive that the Apache guy said I would kill that damn gladiator. If the Gladiator historians or Chuck Liddell said I would kill that damn Apache, there would have been tons of protests.
naw the gladiator got cocky like it said in the show

the apache would of had him with the tomahawk in the first strike wich would of made the fight like what rashad evans did to chuck lidell short and a waste of time

But also u do have a point in the arena the gladiator might have cornered the apache and took him down
There is no way the apache would have won. First of all apache had no metalurgy science. Those knives and arrow tips would not have been high grade steel and razor sharp. Ever hear someone finding a old indian arrow head? Made from a piece of stone. If the Apache was so great, as they claim, how did the US calvary wipe them out so easily and so fast. Plus that one apache claimed to be martial arts expert..like all indians were right? Complete inaccurate, never watch another one of those.
