Depends. Which Israeli Special Forces (Sayeret) unit are they comparing?
The only Israeli unit that is comparable to the SEALs is the Shayetet 13, the same group that took down that flotilla a couple months ago. Technically, they have the same roles. They are the Israeli Navy's special forces unit. It would be close, but I would give the nod to the SEALs.
If they are going to compare them against the Duvdevan or Matkal... then Israel will most def win.
