Do you buy what they "prove" on World's Deadliest Warrior?

I just watched an episode that tried to say that Pirates are a better warrior than Knights.

I think that is a bunch of bullsh*t. What do you guys think?Do you buy what they "prove" on World's Deadliest Warrior?
ya its stupid.. but still entertaining..

its all numbers and stats.. i dont buy any of it
it would depend upon what era of knights and pirates, and in what type of arena they placing them in.

Generally speaking - knights if you considering a military unit wearing armor against resourceful rouge like combatant who isn't wearing armor it would come down to if the weapons being used.. considering that the majority of pirates used fire arms, and melee type weapons shot from a cannon where as your typical knight may be able to take more punishment due his armor the pirate has the ability entangle the knight and repeatedly launch ranged attacks, and possible break the armor wherein he then could use a melee weapon..

That in theory would make the pirate a more deadly opponent, however.. the knight will often have a great number combined with a army this against a small crew would effectively be fish-out of water.Do you buy what they "prove" on World's Deadliest Warrior?
