Or is everything purely synthetic/pig carcass? A lot of them look very real, as far as the bones used. I realize the translucent skin is ballistic gel, but as far as the innards, are those of people whose remains were donated to science?Does Spike's "Deadliest Warrior" test weapons on real corpses?
No it's all synthetic.
